Over K1 bln worth of ketamine and happy water seized in Hopong township

The Police Force seized over K1 billion worth of ketamine and happy water in Hopong township, according to Myanmar Police Force.
Following a tip-off, a combined team, including members of the Anti-Drug Police Force, conducted a search on a Toyota HiAce vehicle driven by Sai Htun Lu (aka) Sai Naw Kae on the Taunggyi-Loilem Road in Hopon township at 10:30 am on 10 December.
The operation resulted in the seizure of 9.09 kilogrammes of happy water and 100 grammes of ketamine, valued at over K1 billion. Legal action has been taken against the offender, and an investigation is underway to identify the perpetrators of the crime chain. — MNA/MKKS
