Leasing plan for 17 State-owned cotton grinding factories unveiled

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation has announced its intention to lease 17 state-owned cotton grinder factories to the private sector through long-term contracts, aiming to foster private sector development.
Among 17, eight are located in Mandalay Region, seven in Magway Region, and two in Sagaing Region.
Tender proposal forms can be obtained at the Department of Agriculture in Nay Pyi Taw commencing on 12 December, and the deadline for submitting proposals is 27 December. —TWA/ TMT
