SAC Chairman PM Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing honours Secretary of Security Council of Russian Federation Mr Nikolai Patrushev with title of performance

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing conferred the honorary title of Thray Sithu on Mr Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, for his excellent performance in strengthening relations and establishing close cooperation between Myanmar and the Russian Federation at the State Administration Council Chairman Office yesterday afternoon.
Also present at the ceremony were SAC Vice-Chairman Vice-Senior General Thiri Pyanchi Maha Thray Sithu Soe Win, SAC Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Zeya Kyaw Htin Sithu Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Thiri Pyanchi Sithu Yar Pyae, Union Minister for Union Government Office 2 Thiri Pyanchi U Ko Ko Hlaing, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Russian Federation Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Iskander Azizov and officials.
First, U Khin Latt, Deputy Minister of the State Administration Council Office, read the order of conferring the title. Next, Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing himself conferred Thray Sithu title and insignia on Mr Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, for his excellent performance in strengthening relations and establishing close cooperation between Myanmar and the Russian Federation.
Afterwards, the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister and the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation had a photo taken together with the attendees. — MNA/TH
