SAC Chairman C-in-C of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla watch concert of Myanmar Tatmadaw Cultural Troupe and Russian Navy Orchestra

The concert of the Myanmar Tatmadaw Cultural Troupe and Russian Navy Orchestra was organized in Nay Pyi Taw aiming at boosting military ties between two countries.
State Administration Council Chairman Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla watched the concert together with the Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy and Air), the SAC Secretary, the Joint Secretary, SAC members, Union Ministers and Senior Military Officers of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Office and their wives, the Russian delegation led by Commander-in-Chief (Navy) of Russia Admiral Nikolai A Evmenov, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Iskandar Azizov, and officers, other ranks and their family members of Commander-in-Chief (Army) office.
At the event, the members of the Myanmar Tatmadaw Cultural Troupe and Russian navy band performed Russian songs, and dances including Myanmar songs. Moreover, the Myawady band of Myanmar Tatmadaw Cultural Troupe played Myanma traditional orchestra for Russian songs “Katyusha and Kalinka” including for “San Thit Hla Pa Bagan Yein Aka” (innovative Bagan cultural choral dance), and sang the Russian song “Ar Thi Na Si Me Yar”, and the SAC Chairman, his wife and party enjoyed the performance.
Then, the SAC Chairman and wife gave a bouquet to the Russian navy band and the Russian navy chief also presented a bouquet to Myawady music band.
Next, the SAC Chairman and wife had a documentary photo taken together with the Russian navy chief and cultural troupe members. — MNA/KTZH
