Union Information Minister discusses GMS website establishment with China

Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn holds talks with Chairman Mr Yi Hong of the GMS’s Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform Enterprise Alliance yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn received Mr Yi Hong, Chairman of Cross – border E-commerce Cooperation Platform Enterprise Alliance of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed in detail the establishment of the GMS website, chances to explore the news featuring business related articles, data of business people from 13 countries and Chinese investors, news available in 13 languages, estimation to expand to 20 languages, proper linkage with Chinese enterprises and online sales. Then, the Union minister and attendees coordinated the discussion.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung, and Resident Chairperson Daw Aye Thinzar Thu of GMS in Myanmar. — MNA/KTZH
