Taunggyi Tazaungdine Photo Contest offers K5 million for first-prize winner

A photo contest will be included in the Taunggyi Tazaungdine Hot-air Balloon Festival in Taunggyi of Shan State, and the first prize winner will get K5 million as cash award, according to the Photo Contest Organizing and Prize Selection Committee.
The festival will last for seven days from 21 to 27 November, according to the Southern Shan State Traditional Hot-air Balloon Professionals Association.
Those wishing to participate in the color photo contest can submit four 12×18 inches entries taken at the festival to the committee. A soft copy CD must be attached to the printed colour photographs. Myanmar citizens can participate in the contest. Entries must be sent to the committee by 4 pm on 6 December.
The first prize winner will be presented K5 million while the second prize winner will have K4 million. The third prize winner will get K3 million and K1 million each will be given to special prize winners according to committee. — TWA/KZL
