Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received a delegation led by Mr Mongkol Visitstump, the ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, discussions focused on close cooperation between Myanmar and Thailand in the development of the energy sector. They exchanged views on technical cooperation in oil and natural gas exploration, production, transportation, and distribution measures. They also talked about capacity building for employees, and cooperation in human resource development. — MNA/KZW
