MoE Dy Minister conducts comprehensive review of educational processes

Deputy Minister for Education Dr Zaw Myint visited West Yangon University yesterday morning to give the necessary instructions and supplies.
The deputy minister first toured the university’s administration department and the library. He met with students in the lecture halls of the Mathematics, History, Geography and English departments and encouraged them to master the subjects they learned in their studies.
He then arrived at Yangon University of Foreign Languages and viewed a sample of the university exhibition that YUFL will be participating in the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW) 2023 and One Belt One Road University Presidents’ Forum 2023 to be held in the People’s Republic of China on 29 and 30 August 2023, and left the necessary items.
More than 100 university galleries from 21 countries will be displayed at the event, and a gallery will be displayed from the Yangon University of Foreign Languages.
The deputy minister also toured the campus and lecture halls of YUFL to see the state of learning and the departments.
He met professors, department heads and lecturers and discussed the issues of promoting the use of the library and Internet-based teaching and learning system that encourages thinking.
The deputy minister proceeded to the Department of Ethnic Languages of Myanmar, received advice from the Myanmar language commission members, and discussed the future work plans. — MNA/KZL
