Myanmar make ready for friendly match against Nepal

The Myanmar national team will train in a few days for the friendly match against Nepal, which will be played in September’s international week.
The Myanmar national team will play two international friendlies against Nepal on 8 and 11 September at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon.
Team Myanmar will have around two weeks for this warm-up match and Michael Feichtenbeiner will serve as a head coach for the team.
The Myanmar squad played friendly matches in March and June international weeks and will play again this September’s international week.
Myanmar played friendly matches against India and Kyrgyzstan in the international week of March and China and Macau in June respectively. Team Myanmar is preparing for the 2026 World Cup Asia Zone First Round Qualifiers in October. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
