Renowned vocalist Sein Moh Moh passes away

Sein Moh Moh, who firmly stood as a renowned vocalist in the early-stereo period and MRTV, passed away at 65 years of age at the Green Cross Hospital in Yangon due to cancer on 23 June.
“I have fraternally met with beloved Ma Moh (Sein Moh Moh) for a few years. I sincerely wish for her to escape from the vicious circle,” vocalist Tin Zar Maw expressed her condolences for the demise of Sein Moh Moh on her social network page.
Sein Moh Moh left the famous songs such as Taungpyar-tanka-Maung Maung-Sitthi, Apyoneko-Apyee-Hngar-Khe, Strawberry-Chit-The-Shin, and Myet-wun-Sakar for audiences.
Vocalist Yuzana posted a status that she was sorrowful to hear about the demise of Sein Moh Moh and expressed her wish for Aunty Moh to reach a peaceful abode.
“Ma Sein presented a powerful voice for her songs. She carried a sweet smile while singing the songs,” said Daw Khin Swe, an audience from Yankin Township, told the Global New Light of Myanmar (GNLM).
Vocalist Sein Moh Moh, called San Yu Kyi as her original name, was famous for her signature sound and posture in the 1980s.— TWA/TTA
