Tatmadaw relief teams exert rehabilitation efforts

To facilitate relief and rehabilitation activities in areas affected by natural disasters, the Tatmadaw has deployed relief teams consisting of local security forces. In cooperation with social relief organizations, they are actively assisting in the affected areas.
Relief teams in Kyaukpyu cleaned trees and bushes around the government guest house.
Similarly, relief troops in Ponnagyun cleaned fallen trees in Ywama monastery in Thazi village and they provided health- care services and distributed purified drinking water to the locals.
Relief teams in Kyaukpyu are cooperating with the mobile medical teams to give healthcare services to locals in Ooyintha village, and they cleaned fallen trees around the Yangon-Sittway Highway near Padalate village and they cooperated with Myanmar Police Force and Fire Brigade members to clean fallen trees in Yaychanpyin village.
Relief teams in Buthidaung cooperated with departmental staff to clear up trees and bushes in South Myothit ward and provided healthcare services to locals. — MNA/KZW
