Former Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines Honorable Albert F Del Rosario passes away, condolences offered

Yesterday afternoon, at the embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Pho Sein Road, Bahan Township, Director-General of the Strategic Studies and Training Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Zaw Phyo Win formally signed the Book of condolences for the demise of Honorable Albert F Del Rosario, former Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, who passed away on 18 April 2023.
He held the position of Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of the Philippines from 2011 to 2016 and passed at the age of 83. — MNA/KZW
