MR to extend special train services during Thingyan Festival

Myanma Railways-MR will run special trains in addition to regular trains to ensure smooth transport for passengers and government staff during the Thingyan holidays.
On 7 April, the Yangon-Mandalay special train will depart from Yangon at 7:15 pm and arrive at Mandalay at 2:30 pm the next day. The Mandalay-Yangon special train will depart from Mandalay at 6:30 pm and arrive at 12:45 pm the next day. The Nay Pyi Taw-Yangon special train will depart from Yangon at 6:30 pm and arrive at Nay Pyi Taw at 7:20 am the next day.
On 8 April, the Yangon-Mandalay special train will depart from Yangon at 7:15 pm and arrive at Mandalay at 2:30 pm the next day. The Mandalay-Yangon special train will depart from Mandalay at 6:30 pm and arrive at Yangon at 12:45 pm the next day. The Yangon-Mawlamyine special train will leave Yangon at 6:30 am and arrive at Mawlamyine at 4 pm and the Mawlamyine-Yangon special train will leave Mawlamyine at 8:30 am and arrive at Yangon at 6 pm. The Yangon-Pyay special train will leave Yangon at 1 pm and arrive at Pyay at 8:55 pm and the Pyay-Yangon special train will depart from Pyay at 8 pm and arrive at Yangon at 4 am the next day.
On 17 April, the Yangon-Mandalay special train will leave Yangon at 7:15 pm and arrive at Mandalay at 2:30 pm the next day and the Mandalay-Yangon special train will depart from Mandalay at 6:30 pm and arrive at Yangon at 12:45 pm the next day. The Yangon-Nay Pyi Taw special train will leave Yangon at 5:30 pm and will arrive at Nay Pyi Taw at 6:15 am the next day. The Yangon-Mawlamyine special train will leave Yangon at 6:30 am and arrive at Mawlamyine at 4 pm and the Mawlamyine-Yangon special train will depart from Mawlamyine at 8:30 am and arrive at Yangon 6 pm. The Yangon-Pyay special train will leave Yangon at 1 pm and arrive at Pyay at 8:55 pm and the Pyay-Yangon special train will depart from Pyay at 8 pm and arrive at Yangon at 4 am the next day. — Pwint Thitsa/MKKS
