YCDC to cast lots for its over 380 billboards

The Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) will launch a drawing-lots system for over 380 billboards hired out by the YCDC.
The YCDC-owned 45 and 15 square feet 380 billboards will be hired for 2023-2024FY and it received 8,033 applications for 148 billboards. It drew lots of applicants on 15, 16 and 17 March.
Billboards will be classified into five groups depending on the number of applications, designated from A to E. Moreover, the lease is required to make a firm contract no later than 31 March.
Therefore, those who won the lots must submit their names for each billboard in the attached files. — TWA/KTZH
