Telematics devices that will enable YBS drivers to directly inform the Yangon Bus Operator Control Centre of unusual events on their buses have already been installed on YBS’s 3,885 vehicles, according to the Yangon Region Transport Committee (YRTC).
More than 4,000 YBS buses are operating across various townships of the Yangon Region. Telematics devices will soon be fitted on the remaining YBS buses.
