A fake bomb was found near the district auditor office in Toungoo.

The Tatmadaw members and security forces conduct security measures for the peace and tranquility of the State, the rule of law and public safety the whole day.

Meanwhile, the security forces found a bomb attached to a clock and 6 (15mm) pipes in front of a transformer, beside the moat located in the western part of the district auditor office near Min Gyi Nyo statue at the corner of Bo Mhu Pho Kun street along the old Yangon –Mandalay road in Toungoo of Bago Region yesterday. After inspection, it was a fake bomb and the security forces destroyed it.

Those who do not want stability of the State conducted such destructive elements to threaten the public. Therefore, the people in other states and regions should be more cautious of such activities and report to the security forces in time if some suspicious items are found.—MNA
