86 prisoners released in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area

The State Administration Council granted pardon for 86 prisoners from the prison, production camps and farming camps in commemoration of the full moon of the Second Waso and on humanitarian grounds yesterday.
The released prisoners included 21 prisoners from Nay Pyi Taw prison, 15 prisoners from Kintha 1 manufacturing camp, 35 from the farming camps (Nay Pyi Taw), and 15 prisoners from Kintha 2 production camp (Tatkon).
The director of the multi-purpose farming enterprise of Nay Pyi Taw, the chairman of the Zabuthiri Township administration body and Police Major Aung Myo Zaw Lwin of Zabuthiri Township Police Force delivered speeches to prisoners at the hall of the Nay Pyi Taw prison. — MNA/KZW
