A total of 77 construction permits were issued in the area of the Yangon City Development Committee in the last week of November and the first week of December, and a total of 17 building completion certificates (BCC) were granted, according to the Engineering Department (Buildings) of the committee.
In addition, recommendation letters for 65 buildings that have applied for construction permits have also been sent – four to the Fire Services Department, four to the Engineering Department (Water and Sanitation), four to the Department of Urban Land Management, and one to the Department of Urban Planning.
The Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation will carry out the installation work for electricity supply to the buildings that have been granted BCC. — TWA/MKKS
