5 special civil appeal cases passed judgements; 1 special criminal case and 5 special civil appeal cases heard

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Tha Htay and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myo Tint, U Khin Maung Yi, Daw Khin May Yi and Daw Pyone Pyone Aye was convened Monday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and it passed judgements for five special civil appeal cases — Nos 27/2024 (Yangon), 28/2024 (Shan), 32/2024 (Shan), 33/2024 (Shan) and 35/2024 (Yangon).
In addition, one special criminal appeal case No 5/2024 (Mandalay) and five special civil appeal cases — Nos 6/2024 (Mandalay), 30/2024 (Kachin), 37/2024 (Yangon), 39/2024 (Bago) and 40/2024 (Mandalay) were heard. — MNA
