2nd CAIEC welcomes Myanmar entrepreneurs

The 2nd China-ASEAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (CAIEC) will be held from February to March, and it also welcomes entrepreneurs from Myanmar.
The name of the competition team is Digital Empowerment for a Shared Future. The candidates can compete in projects such as digital economy, digital manufacturing, digital product service, digital technology application, digital signal driving and digital performance improvement. Then, Awards for Team Groups, Enterprise Groups, Creativity Stars and Cooperation Stars will be awarded in the competition.
The competition will be held in four stages: Registration, Eligibility check, Initial selection and Final. Registration will be close on 15 February, 2024, and the qualification test will be conducted from 16 to 29 February.
The competition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the ASEAN Secretariat to promote science, technology and innovation exchange and cooperation between China and ASEAN member countries and to strengthen the China-ASEAN community through innovation and entrepreneurship in the future. In the first round, an entrepreneur from Myanmar (Green Toddy Co Ltd) won the third prize, and Thae Phyu Ecolodges and DTVET Team won the Creativity Stars award. — TWA/TKO
