Cambodian Ambassador calls on DPM MoFA Union Minister

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Mr Chum Angvichet, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar who is leaving Myanmar after completion of his tour of duty in Myanmar yesterday at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the farewell call, they reviewed the development of the existing traditional friendly relations. They candidly discussed matters on a wide range of issues pertaining to the potential for further strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation, especially in the areas of trade and investment, culture, tourism and people-to-people contacts between the two countries, as well as closer collaboration in both regional and multilateral arenas. — MNA
